Acceptance (Signing) Day
Tuesday, July 7, 2026 for all teams
PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE DAY:
I have been offered a spot on a Valor team, what do I do next?
- Communicate Quickly and Clearly to your Coach or Valor Administration that you accept the offer and your daughter is 100% in for the team offered.
- We ask families are not in other clubs gym until after signing day.
- Verify you are receiving emails from Valor (Email: valorvolleyball@cwm-sports.com) Please add us to your email contacts to prevent emails from going to spam.
- If you did NOT play in North Texas region of USA Volleyball last year, then you will need to add your daughter to the OCS database.
- If you played on a NTR club team last year, then your name is already in the database… you do NOT want to create a duplicate record of your daughter
- Valor Admin will let you know if your daughter is not in the OCS prior to Acceptance day.
PAYMENTS
The first installment payment will be due on Signing Day (July 7th). For families who prefer, a full-payment option will also be available at that time.
